1. Sarah Silverman: Jesus Is Magic (2005)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: While not the most consistent show, Sarah Silverman: Jesus Is Magic presents more laughs than the average stand-up routine. The movie replicates her performance pretty well and keeps us entertained over most of its 70 minutes. Starring Sarah Silverman. Interscope, $26.99, 6/6/2006.

2. Ralph Breaks the Internet [Blu-Ray] (2018)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: With a wide array of potentially imaginative situations, Ralph Breaks the Internet occasionally springs to life. However, the movie lacks a lot of inspiration, so it winds up as an enjoyable but unremarkable effort. Starring John C. Reilly, Sarah Silverman. Disney, $39.99, 2/26/2019.

3. The Aristocrats (2005)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: The Aristocrats provides an interesting look behind the curtain to demonstrate the workings of comedians as it brings a hidden element to the public. The multiple renditions of the titular joke offer some hits and some misses, but it’s always cool to see all the variations. Directed by Paul Provenza. Velocity Home Entertainment, $29.99, 1/24/2006.

4. Peep World [Blu-Ray] (2010)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: With a great cast and an interesting theme, Peep World could’ve been an absorbing character-based comedy/drama. Unfortunately, it’s an unsatisfying mix of genres with thin personalities and little cleverness. The Blu-ray provides generally good picture, acceptable audio and minor supplements. Chalk this one up as a letdown that doesn’t satisfy. Starring

5. Wreck-It Ralph [4K UHD] (2012)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: As a film in the Toy Story vein, Wreck-It Ralph provides passable entertainment but nothing more. While it comes with a clever premise and occasional fun, it lacks consistency and fails to deliver the heart and cleverness I hoped to see. Starring John C. Reilly, Sarah Silverman. Disney, $29.99, 11/6/2018.

6. Ryan's Daughter: Special Edition (1970)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Since I count Lawrence of Arabia as one of my favorite films, it comes as a disappointment to find a David Lean flick as dull as Ryan’s Daughter. Lovely to look at but bloated and thin, the movie runs too long and offers far too little interesting material. Starring Robert Mitchum, Trevor Howard. Warner, $26.98, 2/7/2006.

7. Punching Henry [Blu-Ray] (2016)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Despite a lot of talented participants, Punching Henry becomes a tedious, rambling enterprise. The movie feels more like an audition reel for those involved than a coherent narrative. Starring Henry Phillips, Tig Notaro. Well Go, $29.98, 4/18/2017.

8. Marry Me [Blu-Ray] (2022)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: One can certainly find many rom-coms weaker than Marry Me, but that fails to act as an actual endorsement. The movie benefits from the charm of its leads but it runs too long and lacks the inspiration it needs to become better than mediocre. Starring Jennifer Lopez, Owen Wilson. Universal, $34.98, 3/29/2022.

9. Battle of the Sexes [Blu-Ray] (2017)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: With a strong cast and an intriguing concept at play, Battle of the Sexes should become a winner. However, it commits to too many subjects and can’t flesh out the chosen topics in a deep manner. Starring Emma Stone, Steve Carell. Fox, $34.99, 1/2/2018.

10. School Of Rock: Special Collector's Edition (2003)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Nothing about School of Rock seems revolutionary or particularly creative, but it doesn’t really matter. The movie balances charm and funny bits to create something predictable but wholly entertaining. Starring Jack Black, Mike White. Paramount, $29.99, 3/2/2004.
